What does my assessment pay for?
Your HOA dues cover operating expenses for the community including:
Common Area Utilities
Landscaping
Insurance
Road and amenity maintenance
What does the Association maintain vs. the homeowner?
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their home’s exterior, fences, lawn, and any other areas specified in the DCCRs. The Association maintains common areas.

Assessments & Payments
When are assessments due and how much are they?
Amount: $250.00 per home
Due : Billed Annually in July due by August 15
How can I pay my assessment?
Option 1: Mail
DHACH – HOA at Carriage Hills c/o Goodwin Processing Center PO Box 93447 Las Vegas, NV 89193-3447
Option 2: TownSq (Web or App)
Log in at https://app.townsq.io/login
Select your account → “Make a Payment”
Options: pay balance, set up recurring, or one-time payment
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay
Update payee and address to match the mailing address above. Include your account number and association code (DHACH) in the memo line.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes. Through TownSq only.
Fees: $1.50 + 3.5% for credit/debit; $1.50 flat for e-check
Why does my account show a negative balance?
A negative balance means you have a credit.
What are my property and management codes?

Where can I find my account number?
On your billing statement or coupon book. Can’t find it? Contact Customer Service.

I have a credit with previous management. Why is my balance different?
It can take up to 45 days to receive final records. Late fees will not be applied until 60 days after final balances are posted. Updated statements will be sent at the end of July.

🌳 Tree Incentive Program
As of January 1, 2024:Receive $100 credit per tree (up to 2 trees per year)
Tree can be any type or size

Do I need approval for exterior modifications?
Yes. All modifications require approval through the Architectural Committee via TownSq.
How do I submit a request?Fill out the form under the Architectural section in TownSq

- How long does approval take?
Who do I contact if I haven’t received a response?
Submit a follow-up request via TownSq if you haven't heard back within 10 days.

Where are meeting minutes posted?

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a request via TownSq. Include photos and detailed descriptions so our team can respond efficiently.
What is the trash and bulk pickup schedule?Trash Pickup Days: Mondays and Thursdays
Bulk Pickup: 3rd Monday of odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.)
- Who handles water, trash, and electric service?
Water & Trash: Provided by the City
Electric Service: Visit www.powertochoose.com to compare and select energy plans from various providers in your area
- How do I get a mailbox key?
Compliance
I received a violation notice—what now?
Email the Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com or refer to contact info on your notice.
How do I report a neighbor's violation?
Submit a request via TownSq with a photo and address.
How often are compliance checks done?
Typically monthly, but subject to change.
Can I give my tenant a rules guide?
Yes. Share the DCCRs, found at www.goodwintx.com under your community’s page.

How do I register for TownSq?
Registering for TownSq is fast and easy. Follow the steps below to get started:
Using a computer please Visit TownSq, you have two options to register:
Sign up with email: Enter email address and agree to the Terms of Use by checking the box to proceed then selecting continue. A confirmation email will be sent to the indicated email address, including the next steps. The confirmation email will expire in 1 hour.
If the confirmation email isn't received, click "Resend Email" after checking your spam folder. A link will be provided in the confirmation email in the event the "Complete Sign- Up" button does not redirect to the TownSq website.
Be sure to verify the “Community account information” is correct before clicking “Confirm”
Enter Password and Confirm password
Click on Sign up
Click Explore Town Sq
Sign up with Account Number: You will be prompted to enter the following information:
• Zip/Postal code
• Account number
Once finished, check the box “I agree with the Terms of Use” and select continue to proceed.
Next, you will be prompted to choose an email address and password for your TownSq account. Once completed, you will have successfully created your account

How do I change my email preferences for TownSq notifications?
Once you have logged in to TownSq, you can edit your notification preferences by editing your profile. To edit your profile, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the TownSq page and a drop down will appear with the “Edit Profile” link.
How do I submit a request in TownSq?
Once you have logged in to TownSq, click the “Requests” link on the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen.
I forgot my TownSq password, how can I reset it?
Visit https://app.townsq.io/user-recovery to reset your password.
